The prices shown below are for guidance only - every job is assessed individually, and I’ll always confirm an exact quote before starting any work. All prices listed are for labour only; any materials or parts required will be charged in addition. The first hour is £50, with any additional time charged at £35 per hour. A half day (up to 4 hours) is £120, and a full day (up to 8 hours) is £200.
Some jobs, such as replacing a tap, may only take 20-30 minutes to physically complete, but I also have to factor in the time it takes to travel to a supplier, source parts, and return to the property - this is often the case with smaller remedial jobs. If a customer provides the required parts in advance, the overall time (and therefore cost) will usually be lower.
Clients are encouraged to bundle smaller jobs together, as it’s generally more cost-efficient the longer I’m on site, allowing multiple tasks to be completed in one visit.
This list isn’t exhaustive - it’s simply an indication of the type of work I can help with. I’m always happy to discuss the individual needs of each client. If I can fix it, I will. If it’s beyond my capabilities, I’ll be honest about it and do my best to help you find a trusted alternative. My goal is to make sure every job is completed safely, properly, and to a high standard.
